You can request deletion without installing or opening the app.

01 — SEND YOUR REQUEST

Email us from your registered address

To delete your AuraSiva account and associated personal data without the app, email support@aurasiva.com from the email address registered to your account.

Use the subject “AuraSiva account deletion request” and tell us you want your account and associated data deleted. Do not send your password.

Your request covers your account information and personal data associated with the account, including saved scan history and health or dietary profile information.
